血清PAF、RANTES、LCN2水平与慢性自发性荨麻疹患者病情严重程度相关性研究
Correlation between serum PAF,RANTES,LCN2 levels and disease severity in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum platelet-activating factor(PAF),regulated upon activation normal T cell expressed and secreted(RANTES),lipocalin 2(LCN2)levels and disease severity in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria(CSU).Methods:A total of 130 patients with CSU were included in the CSU group,and 120 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination were selected as the healthy group.The levels of serum PAF,RANTES,LCN2,inflammatory factors and total immunoglobulin E(total IgE)were compared between the two groups.The disease severity of CSU patients was assessed using the 7-day Urticaria Activity Score(UAS7),and the levels of serum PAF,RANTES,LCN2,inflammatory factors,and total IgE were compared among patients with different severity levels.Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between serum PAF,RANTES,LCN2,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-25,IL-33,total IgE levels and disease severity in CSU patients,as well as the correlation between serum PAF,RANTES,LCN2 levels and TNF-α,IL-6,IL-25,IL-33,total IgE levels in CSU patients.Results:The levels of serum PAF,RANTES,LCN2,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-25,IL-33 and total IgE were significantly higher in the CSU group than in the healthy group(all P＜0.05).When comparing these levels,the severe group had higher levels than the moderate group,and the moderate group had higher levels than the mild group(all P＜0.05).Serum PAF,RANTES,LCN2,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-25,IL-33 and total IgE levels were positively correlated with disease severity in CSU patients(all P＜0.05).In CSU patients,serum PAF,RANTES,LCN2 levels were positively correlated with TNF-α,IL-6,IL-25,IL-33,total IgE levels(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Elevated levels of PAF,RANTES and LCN2 in the serum of CSU patients are associated with disease severity and inflammatory response.关键词
