神经内镜微创术后患者血清MMP-9、IP-10、Ficolin-3与高血压脑出血预后关系研究
Relationship between serum MMP-9,IP-10,Ficolin-3 and the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),in-terferon-γ inducible protein 10(IP-10),Ficolin-3 and the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hem-orrhage(HICH)after neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery.Methods:A total of 120 patients with HICH who underwent neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery were selected.The patients were followed up for 1 year after surgery and were divided into poor prognosis group(37 cases)and good prognosis group(83 cases)according to the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)score.The levels of serum MMP-9,IP-10 and Ficolin-3 before and after surgery were compared.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of poor prognosis in HICH patients after surgery.ROC curve analysis was used to evaluate the predictive value of serum MMP-9,IP-10 and Ficolin-3 for poor prognosis after surgery in HICH patients.Results:Compared with preoperative levels,the lev-els of serum MMP-9 and IP-10 decreased while the level of Ficolin-3 increased in both groups after surgery(all P＜0.05).Compared with the good prognosis group,the levels of serum MMP-9 and IP-10 increased while the level of Ficolin-3 decreased in the poor prognosis group after surgery(all P＜0.05).Serum MMP-9,IP-10 and Ficolin-3 were identified as influencing factors for poor prognosis in HICH patients after surgery(all P＜0.05).The AUC of com-bined prediction of serum MMP-9,IP-10 and Ficolin-3 was higher than that of single indicator prediction(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:After neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery in HICH patients,the levels of serum MMP-9 and IP-10 decreased while the level of Ficolin-3 increased.All three are influencing factors for prognosis.Combined detec-tion of these three indicators has high predictive value for poor prognosis in HICH patients.关键词
