Abstract
Energy cooperation between China and Russia has formed a comprehensive,wide-ranging,deep-level,and high-standard pattern,covering areas such as energy trade,cross-border energy infrastructures,major projects,and financial cooperation.Based on a systematic analysis of the historical evolution,current development,and major influencing factors of Sino-Russian energy cooperation,this paper explores the political,economic,geopolitical,technological,and external interference factors affecting such cooperation.It highlights that mutual political trust and economic complementarity are the cornerstones of Sino-Russian energy cooperation.Despite the series of stringent sanctions imposed by Western countries against Russia,Sino-Russian energy cooperation has demonstrated stronger resilience.Future research on Sino-Russian energy cooperation should focus on the adjustments in the Trump administration's foreign policy and the continuity of EU sanctions against Russia.Under the current context of China's high-quality economic development,Chi-na and Russia should continue to deepen cooperation in the traditional energy sector,enhance collaboration in renewable energy and en-ergy technology innovation,and actively lead"Global South"countries in safeguarding their energy development interests,while strengthening strategic cooperation in global energy governance.关键词
