Innovative Industrial Clusters and Digital Competitiveness
摘要
Abstract
How to improve the level of digital economy development and enhance digital competitiveness is one of the urgent problems that enterprises need to solve in the process of high-quality development.The pilot policy of innovative industrial clusters plays an im-portant role in promoting the international competitiveness of digital trade.The article explores the policy effects and transmission chan-nels of innovative industrial clusters in enhancing digital competitiveness.The pilot policy of innovative industrial clusters has a signifi-cant positive impact on China's digital competitiveness.The level of digital economy development and the scale of the e-commerce mar-ket play a mediating role in the impact of pilot innovative industrial clusters on the international competitiveness of digital trade.The pi-lot policy of innovative industrial clusters can not only enhance the international competitiveness of digital trade in this city,but also significantly enhance the international competitiveness of digital trade in surrounding cities.The indirect effect of innovative industrial cluster pilot policies on digital competitiveness is greater than the direct effect.The pilot policies for innovative industrial clusters ex-hibit significant regional heterogeneity,the heterogeneity of the number of innovative talents and the heterogeneity of digital infrastruc-ture construction.Therefore,we should increase investment in ICT infrastructure,accelerate the cultivation and introduction of digital talents through the advancement of digital industrialization,and fully leverage the role of innovative industrial cluster pilots in enhancing the international competitiveness of digital trade.关键词
