MOFs协同磷酸酯阻燃环氧树脂的制备及其性能
Preparation and performance study of flame-retardant epoxy resin by MOFs synergized with phosphates

Abstract
Flame-retardant epoxy resin(EP)was prepared by synergistically incorporating metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)materials,named calcium terephthalate(CaT),and zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF8),combined with liquid flame retardant bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate)(BDP).The thermal degradation,flame retardancy,and mechanical properties of the flame-retardant EP were analyzed by TG,SEM,XRD and other methods.The results show that BDP can promote the early decomposition of EP and increase the char residue of EP.The further addition of CaT and ZIF8 can promote the dehydration and carbonization of EP,leading to a continuous increase in char residue.Compared with pure EP,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)of EP/BDP is increased to 33%,the LOI of EP/BDP/CaT reaches 34%,and that of EP/BDP/ZIF8 reaches 35%,with all achieving UL-94 V-0 rating.BDP has a flame-retardant effect on EP,but its smoke suppression effect is general.MOFs materials can further improve the flame-retardant performance of EP and have a smoke suppression effect.ZIF8 has better flame-retardant and smoke suppression effects on EP than CaT.The mechanical properties of EP/BDP decrease after adding BDP,while those of flame-retardant EP are enhanced to a certain extent after adding MOFs materials.关键词
