高性能长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料制备关键技术及其在汽车轻量化中的应用
Key technologies for fabrication of high-performance long fiber reinforced polypropylene composites and their applications in automotive lightweighting

Abstract
Through innovative design,high-performance long fiber reinforced polypropylene(LFT-PP)composites with a special multilayer structure were developed.The influence of polypropylene resins on the mechanical properties and emission behaviors of the composites was investigated.The microstructures of the composites with different structural designs were analyzed,and the industrialized automotive multilayer-structured LFT-PP composites and their practical application scenarios were introduced.The results show that the inner and outer layer synergy suppresses"floating fiber"and adds functionality,with proprietary equipment enabling one-step in-line production.Functional additives combined with devolatilization processing reduce volatile organic compounds and odor.Microstructural analysis reveals good fiber dispersion and high retention length.关键词
