摘要

Abstract

With the global automotive industry transitioning toward lightweighting and electrification,the injection foaming technology has become a key technological pathway for achieving automotive lightweighting goals due to its significant weight reduction effects and excellent performance.The current application status of injection foaming technology in automotive interior components,structural components,and functional components is reviewed.The present development of automotive foaming material systems is systematically analyzed.The latest advancements in key technologies,such as surface quality improvement and intelligent manufacturing,are examined.The development trends of injection foaming technology in the automotive industry are also outlined,providing reference for the further promotion and application of injection foaming technology.
