Abstract
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China's new energy industry has experienced explosive growth.The installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic(PV)has risen rapidly,key technologies have achieved continuous breakthroughs,and the cost per kilowatt-hour has dropped significantly.Meanwhile,a structural shift from"installed capacity expansion"to"value enhancement"has been initiated in terms of power systems and market mechanisms.However,problems such as intensified consumption pressure caused by spatial-temporal mismatch,insufficient supply of flexible resources,and an incomplete power market mechanism have become increasingly prominent.Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan period,China's new energy industry will enter a critical stage of transitioning from the"expansion race"to the"value race",featuring diversification of the new energy market,further increases in the scale and proportion of wind and PV installed capacity,accelerated construction of the new-type power system,and in-depth integration of digital technologies.This paper systematically reviews the achievements of the 14th Five-Year Plan period and the challenges faced by the 15th Five-Year Plan,while proposing development trends and policy recommendations for the new energy industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.关键词
