摘要

Abstract

The amine liquid desulfurization system is an important desulfurization device in oil refining enterprises.Its process positioning can be summarized as ensuring the stability of the upstream process,minimizing the energy consumption of the system itself,and ensuring the compliance of the downstream process.It has practical significance for ensuring safe production and saving the overall energy consumption of the plant.Due to the continuous absorption-regeneration operation characteristics,common problems such as high regeneration energy consumption,failure to meet desulfurization standards,foaming and tower flooding,equipment corrosion and blockage are prone to occur during long-term operation.This paper presents a comprehensive solutions to the above problems from aspects such as system optimization,equipment intensification,performance improvement of desulfurization agents,and advanced energy-saving technologies.
