Abstract
The desulfurization system is one of the important auxiliary facilities of coal boilers,and its normal operation is the basic guarantee for the long-term safe and stable operation of boilers.Focusing on the semi-dry flue gas desulfurization equipment in pulverized coal boilers,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting desulfurization efficiency and proposes optimization strategies to achieve ultra-low SO2 emissions(≤35 mg/Nm3),promoting the coordinated development of environmental protection and economic benefits of coal-fired power plants.Taking the semi-dry desulfurization device of a circulating fluidized bed in the first combined heat and power area of a petrochemical company as the research object,combined with its operation mode and structural characteristics,this paper systematically discusses the mechanism of the effects of coal sulfur content,circulating ash volume,process water control,calcium-sulfur ratio,quality of quicklime and flue gas flow rate on desulfurization efficiency.After parameter optimization,the SO2 emission concentration is stably below 35 mg/Nm³,and the desulfurization efficiency reaches 99%,meeting the ultra-low emission requirements.The results show that the desulfurization efficiency can be significantly improved and the ultra-low emission target can be achieved by precisely controlling the sulfur content of coal entering the furnace,dynamically adjusting the circulating ash volume and calcium-sulfur ratio,optimizing the process water system and strictly managing the quality of quicklime.关键词
