Abstract
In order to solve the problem of overcapacity of aviation kerosene and diesel in refining units,this article mainly introduces the practical process of using hydrogenated aviation kerosene and hydrogenated diesel products as ethylene cracking raw materials in a straight run diesel cracking unit of a certain enterprise.The impact of hydrogenated aviation kerosene and hydrogenated diesel on the operation of the ethylene unit is emphasized from the perspectives of controlling the cracking depth,coking rate of the waste boiler in the cracking furnace,viscosity change trend of the quenched oil,and coking rate of the cracking gas compressor.The practical results show that hydrogenated diesel has the best cracking performance,followed by naphtha,and hydrogenated aviation kerosene is the worst.Among them,the high yield of hydrogenated diesel can reach 59.36%,and the high yield of hydrogenated aviation kerosene is 49.73%.In operation,hydrogenated aviation kerosene will cause accelerated coking at the outlet of waste boiler and increase the coking risk of cracking gas compressor cylinder block.关键词
