Abstract
In view of the feasibility of blending coking gasoline in liquid phase diesel hydrogenation unit of a company,the gas-liquid phase composition of reactor inlet and outlet before and after blending coking gasoline is simulated by software.At the same time,the fractionation system after blending coking gasoline is simulated by using the actual operating conditions and laboratory analysis data of the liquid phase diesel hydrogenation unit.The results show that the liquid phase in the reactor is stable and continuous,and the hydrogen dissolved in the circulating oil can be ensured by the adjustment operation.The liquid phase diesel hydrogenation unit is theoretically feasible to blend the appropriate proportion of coke gasoline.After adding coking gasoline,the two towers of the fractionation system do not need to be reformed,but the top reflux pump and cooling system need to be updated.The liquidphase diesel hydrogenation blending of coking gasoline provides a new way for the company to process coking gasoline into ethylene,and also makes a beneficial exploration for expanding the raw material composition of liquidphase diesel hydrogenation unit,which can obtain considerable economic benefits.关键词
