Abstract

The characteristics of the continuous reforming processing flow and reaction characteristics determine that its processing energy consumption is relatively high.Based on the unsatisfactory energy consumption level of a 0.7 Mt/a continuous reforming unit in a certain refinery,the actual energy consumption and benchmark energy consumption of the unit are calculated,and the energy consumption status of the unit is analyzed.Combined with the current process status,the problem of large energy consumption deviation is identified.Analysis shows that the reforming unit accounts for the largest proportion of the total energy consumption of the device;The top three components of single energy consumption are fuel gas,electricity,and 3.5 MPa steam consumption.It is pointed out that reducing the consumption of fuel gas and 3.5 MPa steam is the key to energy conservation,and a series of targeted operations and transformation optimizations are proposed to provide direction for optimizing energy-saving work in reforming units.
