摘要
Abstract
To address the issues of low steam condensate recovery rate and energy waste,a petrochemical company conducted a three-year study on process optimization and energy efficiency improvement.By implementing measures such as centralized drainage,hot and cold separation,local consumption,intermediate reheating,and classified utilization,the efficiency of condensate recovery and utilization was systematically enhanced.The results showed that the annual recovered steam condensate increased by 260,000 t/a,with a 16 percentage points rise in recovery rate,while significantly reducing the consumption of steam,electricity,and fresh water.This study not only achieved remarkable energy and water conservation but also reduced wastewater discharge,generating an annual economic benefit of over 18.6 million yuan.It provides a valuable optimization strategy for energy-efficient utilization and sustainable development in petrochemical enterprises.关键词
