摘要

Abstract

During the operation of a refining 75 t/h gas boiler,problems such as exceeding the limits of operating parameters,jamming of boiler induced draft flapper valve position,and abnormal vibration of induced draft actuator rod occurred from time to time,which affected its safe operation.Based on this,the two linking clips and one connecting rod of the boiler induced draft flapper actuator were modified.After the modification,actuator vibrations were significantly reduced,and issues like jerky movement and sudden position jumping were eliminated.Parameter fluctuations during adjustment and steady-state operation drastically decreased,with all parameter stability levels exceeding 99%,and thermal efficiency improved.The retrofit successfully achieved its goals of safer,more stable,and optimized boiler operation,providing a reference for similar boilers.
