Abstract
This paper analyzes the bottlenecks and issues encountered during the high-load(106.9%)operation of a 3.3 million t/a UOP third-generation continuous catalytic reforming(CCR)unit.Performance measurements revealed that low reaction temperature led to a 6.62%decrease in aromatic yield,the debutanizer column was overloaded by 52%,and the bromine index of the reformate exceeded specifications.Through measures such as optimizing feedstock fractionation and adjusting equipment parameters,the aromatic conversion index was increased to 152%,and the liquid yield reached 90.14%.The unit demonstrated excellent performance in heat exchange efficiency(hot-end approach temperature of 15.3℃)and energy consumption(89.73 kgEO/t).Through the optimizing operations through feedstock improvement and the addition of an olefin removal reactor,the operation performance is further improved,which provides technical reference for high-load operation of similar units.关键词
