掺氢天然气取样技术适应性研究
Adaptability of sampling technology for hydrogen-blended natural gas

Abstract
Objective To verify whether the existing natural gas sampling methods are suitable for hydrogen-blended natural gas,this study conducted an adaptability investigation on hydrogen-blended natural gas sampling technology.Method Various cylinders of different materials and different sampling methods were employed for sampling and analysis of hydrogen-blended natural gas,complemented by long-term stability experiments and practical applications in real hydrogen-blended natural gas pipelines.Result The experiments demonstrated that both the gas filling and venting method and the controlled flow rate method exhibit satisfactory representativeness for sampling hydrogen-blended natural gas with various hydrogen mole fractions.Stainless steel and aluminium alloy sampling cylinders showed excellent gas tightness and stable sample storage performance,proving their applicability for hydrogen-blended natural gas sampling.Conclusion This study provides technical support for sampling and analysis of hydrogen-blended natural gas systems.关键词
