精液冻存时间对供精宫腔内人工授精结局的影响
The impact of sperm cryopreservation time on pregnancy outcomes of artificial insemination by donor

Abstract
Objectives:To investigate the impact of the cryopreservation time of donor sperm on the outcomes of artificial insemination by donor(AID). Methods:This retrospective study analyzed clinical records of patients undergoing AID for assisted reproduction at Northwest Women's & Children's Hospital between January 2018 and December 2023.Participants were stratified by sperm cryopreservation duration into three comparative cohorts:group A(not more than 3 years,n=1 697),group B(more than 3 years and not more than 6 years,n=995),and group C(more than 6 years,n=536).Intergroup differences in baseline characteristics,clinical pregnancy and live birth rates and neonatal health parameters were systematically evaluated. Results:There were no significant differences among the three groups of patients in terms of female body mass index,basal follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)level,basal luteinizing hormone(LH)level,duration of infertility,endometrial thickness on the day of surgery,total number of forward-moving sperm,and the time of semen processing and placement(P＞0.05).With the extension of freezing time(group A vs.group B vs.group C),both the clinical pregnancy rate(32.12％vs.30.35％vs.27.61％)and the live birth rate(26.05％vs.26.03％vs.22.76％)showed a downward trend without significant differences among the groups(P＞0.05).The sperm cryopreservation duration had no statistically significant impact on the weight and height of live-born infants among the groups(P＞0.05). Conclusions:The extension of sperm cryopreservation time did not significantly affect the clinical pregnancy or live birth rates in AID patients.关键词
