电刺激联合非消融射频在阴道松弛症中的临床应用及疗效研究
Clinical application and efficacy of electrical stimulation combined with non-ablative radiofrequency in vaginal laxity

Abstract
Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of electrical stimulation combined with non-ablative radiofrequency in the treatment of vaginal laxity. Methods:A total of 84 patients diagnosed with vaginal laxity from September 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The study group was treated with electrical stimulation combined with non-ablative radiofrequency,and the control group was only treated with electrical stimulation.The clinical effects of vaginal laxity questionnaire(VLQ),pelvic organ prolapse scale(POP-Q),pelvic floor surface electromyography(EMG)assessment,female sexual function index(FSFI)were observed before and after treatment and differences between groups were evaluated. Results:There were no significant differences in age and number of pregnancies between the two groups(P＞0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VLQ score,POP-Q distribution,FSFI score and pelvic surface electromyography parameters between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the VLQ scores of the study group and the control group were significantly better than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the VLQ score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group[(3.71±0.74)vs.(3.02±0.71),P＜0.05],the proportion of patients with improved vaginal laxity in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(92.86％vs.64.29％,P＜0.05).The distribution of POP-Q stage in both the study group and the control group was significantly better than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the distribution of POP-Q stage in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the average values of electromyography in the post-resting stage,the average values of electromyography in the slow muscle stage,and the average values of electromyography during the endurance stage in the study group and the control group were significantly better than those before treatment(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in each index of pelvic floor surface EMG after treatment(P＞0.05).The FSFI scores of both the study group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the FSFI score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(26.78±4.23)vs.(22.45±4.12),P＜0.05]. Conclusions:Electrical stimulation combined with non-ablative radiofrequency therapy shows significant efficacy in the treatment of vaginal laxity,which can improve the degree of vaginal laxity and sexual satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
