摘要
Abstract
Objectives:To systematically retrieve domestic and foreign literature from 2020 to present,integrate and evaluate the updated evidence-based lifestyle interventions for obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and provide evidence-based support for the development of lifestyle intervention plans for obese patients with PCOS in clinical practice.
Methods:According to the"6S"hierarchy of evidence,the computer-assisted stepwise evidence was retrieved.The PIPOST framework was employed to formulate evidence-based questions and establish inclusion criteria.Two researchers independently conducted literature screening and quality assessment,followed by evidence extraction and synthesis based on the theme.
Results:A total of 27 articles were included,comprising 1 clinical decision,3 guidelines,3 evidence summaries,16 systematic reviews,and 4 expert consensus.Through discussion by two researchers,35 relevant pieces of evidence regarding lifestyle management in obese patients with PCOS were extracted and synthesized,then organized into 9 themes.
Conclusions:Clinical practitioners should develop personalized lifestyle intervention measures based on the characteristics of different obese patients with PCOS,in conjunction with domestic clinical scenarios and hospital management policies,to improve patients' physiological and psychological states and enhance their quality of life.关键词
