Enhanced High-temperature Piezoelectricity in Bismuth Titanate Ceramics via Triple A/B-site Co-doping
摘要
Abstract
As core components of high-temperature piezoelectric sensors,bismuth titanate ceramics face practical limita-tions due to inadequate piezoelectric coefficient and resistivity.We develop an A/B-site co-doping via Ce and W/Nb in BIT,creating a system with elevated Curie temperature and enhanced piezoelectricity.The Bi4-x Cex Ti2.98(WNb)0.01 O12 composition at x=0.03 demonstrates a high piezoelectric constant(17 pC/N),depolarization temperature(600℃),and low dielectric loss(tanδ=0.005 8).This work establishes both theoretical and technical foundations for advanced high-temper-ature piezoelectric devices.关键词
