站城融合背景下全地下铁路枢纽交通一体化设计研究
Research on Integrated Transportation Design of Fully Underground Railway Hubs under Station-City Integration

Abstract
Under the background of"station-city integration"development,the integrated transportation design of fully underground railway hubs faces numerous challenges such as multiple decision-making stakeholders,limited station space,and strict railway reviews.Taking Suzhou East railway station as an example,this study explored integrated transportation design strategies for underground railway hubs oriented toward high-intensity urban development and multimodal transportation connectivity.Suzhou East railway station was taken as a typical case.Based on its 247 000 m2 hub building and 1.47 million m2 comprehensive development scenario,design experience was summarized and integrated transportation design strategies were distilled.Suzhou East railway station was planned to develop a three-dimensional collection and distribution solution centered on rail transit,coordinated with conventional bus services,and with layered dispersal for motor vehicles.The shortest rail interchange distance was controlled within 160 m.By reserving the civil engineering works for Line 17,a"T-shaped"zero-distance transfer with the hub was ensured,and the bus terminal was designed adjacent to the railway station building.For the first time in China,a dedicated vehicle lane directly connected the expressway with the underground drop-off area.The capacity of key facilities,such as the drop-off area,was designed at 1.2 times the projected long-term peak hour passenger flow.The space above the municipal rail Line 17 was used to extend the effective length of the drop-off area from 46 m to 110 m.The hub's transport system was physically integrated with the comprehensive development transportation,and five emergency interchange channels were established,significantly enhancing system reliability.A three-dimensional pedestrian system combining an elevated green corridor with an underground urban corridor was designed to promote the organic integration of the hub with urban functions.Four integrated design strategies for fully underground railway hubs were developed:establishing a public transport-oriented collection and distribution model;developing a passenger-drop-off system prioritizing efficiency and people-oriented principles;enhancing hub reliability and resilience through multi-level interconnectivity and redundancy in key facilities;and constructing a three-dimensional,continuous pedestrian space to seamlessly connect public space and achieve deep station-city integration.Research prospects regarding the layout of transport stations,the timing of simultaneous construction of railway-related projects,and the development of smart hubs are proposed.关键词
