泸州至遵义铁路通道建设格局研究
Research on Construction Layout of Luzhou-Zunyi Railway Corridor

Abstract
The Luzhou-Zunyi Railway Corridor is positioned as a conventional railway in the approved national railway network plan,but its division of corridor functions and functional positioning remain controversial.In particular,the substitution relationship between the Luzhou-Zunyi Railway and the newly built Chongqing-Guizhou High-speed Railway needs to be studied from a more macro perspective of the overall railway network.To rationally demonstrate the construction pattern and corridor scheme of the Luzhou-Zunyi Railway Corridor and improve the overall transportation efficiency of railway corridors in the southwest region,this study,based on the approved railway network plan,established scenarios according to the theory of transportation supply-demand balance to evaluate the railway network pattern,and analyzed the corridor pattern through multi-factor comparison.The research showed that:(1)with the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and the national"eight verticals and eight horizontals"high-speed railway network,the three network diversion schemes-passenger diversion,freight diversion,and combined diversion-failed to meet transportation demand.While ensuring corridor functions,it was necessary to develop new railway corridors around the Sichuan-Guizhou Corridor.(2)The newly built Luzhou-Zunyi Corridor could not replace the new Chongqing-Guizhou High-speed Railway in terms of alignment and function.Meanwhile,constructing only the new Chongqing-Guizhou High-speed Railway was unable to meet the needs for tourism resource development in areas along the corridor,such as Chishui and Xishui,nor the requirements for the integrated development of southern Sichuan and northern Guizhou.Compared with building either the new Chongqing-Guizhou Corridor or the Luzhou-Zunyi Corridor alone,the synchronous construction of both corridors increased passenger volume by 4.00~6.50 million.The freight volume increased by 1.82~2.41 million tons compared to the New Chongqing-Guizhou Corridor option.This synchronous construction also met development demands from different regional and railway perspectives.(3)The three-line construction pattern for the Luzhou-Zunyi Railway Corridor(involving a newly built Luzhou-Zunyi High-speed Railway and the Dacun-Zunyi Railway)proved superior to the double-line construction pattern(involving a newly built Luzhou-Zunyi conventional railway),although its input-output ratio was relatively lower.It nevertheless provided wider network coverage,higher passenger service quality,and more evident local freight demand,thereby better satisfying the requirements for integrated development of southern Sichuan and northern Guizhou and for the development of tourism industries along the corridor.关键词
