基于ANSYS的谐荷载下钢弹簧浮置板轨道宽频振动分析
Broadband Vibration Analysis of Steel Spring Floating Slab Track under Harmonic Load Based on ANSYS

Abstract
Based on ANSYS,this study establishes a three-dimensional model of a steel spring floating slab track system,including the rail,fasteners,track slab,steel springs,and supporting layers,aiming to investigate its vibration characteristics under static and dynamic harmonic loads within a frequency range of up to 2 000 Hz.Frequency-wise mobility analysis revealed the dynamic response patterns of the rail and the floating slab.The analysis results showed that under mid-span harmonic loading,the rail exhibited three distinct vibration peaks at 9 Hz,147 Hz,and 1 122 Hz,corresponding to the vertical motion of the floating slab,the vertical motion of the fasteners,and the pinned-pinned resonance of the rail,respectively.In the frequency band below 120 Hz,the vibration of the floating slab had a significant influence on the overall system,whereas above 300 Hz,the rail vibration became dominant.The responses of the bilateral rails to moving harmonic loads with varying amplitudes indicated that the load coupling effect caused peak splitting in the vibration response at the excitation frequency.At the same time,resonance peaks and anti-resonance valleys occurred at the first three natural frequencies of the floating slab,reflecting the excitation characteristics of the discrete support parameters of the fasteners.When the loads on both sides were unbalanced,the asymmetric moment induced more intense vibration responses in the rail and floating slab on the less-loaded side across most frequency bands.关键词
