五味子红色素纳米纤维膜的制备及其抗菌性能
Preparation of Schisandra chinensis red pigment nanofiber membrane and its antimicrobial properties

Abstract
To develop new wound dressings that are non-toxic and not conducive to the development of drug resistance,the natural antimicrobial component Schisandra chinensis red pigment was applied to the study of antimicrobial dressings.By electrostatic spinning technology,the hybrid electrospun polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and Schisandra chinensis red pigment extract were used to prepare Schisandra chinensis antibacterial fiber membrane.The mem-brane's surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The study also explored the optimal electrostatic spinning process and investigated the inhibitory effect of the Schisandra chinensis red pig-ment antibacterial fiber membrane on Escherichia coli,Candida albicans,and Staphylococcus aureus.The re-sults demonstrate that the optimal electrostatic spinning process is characterized by a PAN mass fraction of 14%in the spinning solution,a spinning voltage of 12 kV,a spinning injection rate of 0.4 mL/h,and a content of 200 mg of Schisandra chinensis red pigment.The average diameter of the Schisandra chinensis nanofibers produced un-der these conditions is(243.86±0.95)nm.The Schisandra chinensis red pigment nanofiber membranes have different degrees of inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Candida albicans,and Staphylococcus aureus.The de-gree of inhibition varies,with the most significant effect observed against Candida albicans,exhibiting an inhibi-tion rate of 33.87%.The antimicrobial fiber membrane of Schisandra chinensis achieved a uniform loading of Schisandra chinensis red pigment,and the red pigment was stably bound to the fiber membrane with no loss of release during 8 h of immersion in distilled water.关键词
