Construction of the management care perception scale for nursing emergency personnel in public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases

Abstract
Objective:To construct a management care perception scale for nursing emergency personnel in public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases,providing a reference for evaluating the management care perception of nursing emergency personnel.Methods:The study adopted"people-centered"care standard as the theoretical framework and the"comprehensive care model"standard as the content framework.The scale index items were initially constructed through literature analysis and qualitative interview methods.The Delphi method was adopted to finally determine the management care perception scale for nursing emergency personnel in public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases.Results:The recovery rate and effective recovery rate of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation questionnaires were both 100％.The authority coefficients were 0.834 and 0.876 respectively,the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.185～0.329,and the combined weights were 0.017～0.263.The final determination of the management care perception scale for nursing emergency personnel in public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases includes 4 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators,and 40 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The management care perception scale for nursing emergency personnel in public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases is scientific and reliable,and can provide a reference basis for evaluating the management care perception of nursing emergency personnel in public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases.关键词
