摘要

Abstract

Focusing on the adaptability issue between the internal traffic within the core port area of the port built-up ar-ea and the port's long-term planned throughput,this study takes Tianjin Port as an example to analyze the current traffic issues.It proposes traffic improvement plans from aspects such as traffic order management,in-telligent transportation organization,and road network structure.By establishing a traffic simulation model and an overall road network saturation evaluation index,the implementation effect of the plan is verified to meet the future collection and distribution needs of the port in the urban built-up area in 2035.
