摘要
Abstract
Aiming of verify challenges of the flexural capacity of complex cross-sections,this paper commences from the fundamental principles of calculating the load-bearing capacity of flexural members,and then puts for-ward a universal formula.An Excel VBA-based checking program,BAPS,is developed accordingly.BAPS is applied to check common members,and its results are compared with those of popular commercial soft-ware,which validates the accuracy of the BAPS program.关键词
