乡村治理现代化水平的区域差异与收敛特征
Regional Differences and Convergence Characteristics of Rural Governance Modernization Level
摘要
Abstract
This paper constructs an evaluation index system from five dimensions:economic development,democratic con-struction,cultural services,social security and ecological management and protection.The entropy weight-TOPSIS method is ad-opted to measure the modernization level of rural governance in 30 provinces of China from 2014 to 2021,and the Dagum Gini co-efficient method,kernel density estimation and convergence model are used to describe the regional differences,dynamic evolu-tion and convergence characteristics of the modernization level of rural governance.The results show that during the investigation period,the modernization level of rural governance in the whole country and the eastern,central and western regions presents a fluctuating growth trend,and that the modernization level of rural governance in the eastern region is much higher than the nation-al average and that of other regions.The overall difference in the modernization level of rural governance in China is gradually nar-rowing,and the inter-regional difference is the primary source of the overall difference.There is no polarization in the moderniza-tion level of rural governance,and the absolute gap is narrowing.Significant convergence characteristics exist in the modernization level of rural governance in the country and the three major regions.关键词
