New Quality Productivity,Supply Chain Resilience and Corporate ESG Performance

Abstract
The development of new quality productivity is a new demand put forward by contemporary technological revolu-tion and industrial transformation on existing productivity,which has an important impact on supply chain resilience and corporate ESG performance.This paper takes the A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2013 to 2024 as the sample.By screening and matching relevant statistical data,and using analysis methods such as PSM propensity score matching,the paper ex-amines and explores the impact of new quality productivity on the ESG performance of enterprises,and investigates the mediating effect of supply chain resilience in this process.The results go as below:Firstly,new quality productivity has a significant positive effect on the ESG performance of enterprises.Secondly,the results of mediation effect test show that supply chain resilience plays a significant mediating effect between new quality productivity and the corporate ESG performance.Thirdly,the results of the hetero-geneity test indicate that compared with non-state-owned enterprises,the new quality productivity of state-owned enterprises has a more significant promoting effect on ESG performance,and that compared with enterprises in the growth and prosperous periods,the new quality productivity of enterprises in the recession period has a more significant promoting effect on ESG performance.关键词
