在役天然气管道掺氢输送管材适应性评价探究
Evaluation of the adaptability of pipeline materials in in-service natural gas pipelines for hydrogen transportation

Abstract
In order to investigate the adaptability of in-service natural gas pipelines for hydrogen transportation,an adaptability evaluation method is proposed,based on ASME B31.12-2019 Hydrogen piping and pipelines,CGA G5.6-2005 Hydrogen pipeline systems,and with reference to Det Norske Veritas(DNV),European Pipeline Research Group(EPRG),the Hydrogen Readiness for Gas Networks(HYREADY)Joint Industrial Project and other guiding documents.The key factors such as wall thickness adaptability evaluation,hydrogen environmental compatibility evaluation and conventional mechanical property evaluation were analyzed.The adaptability evaluation of wall thickness is used to determine the appropriate Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure(MAOP)by reviewing the location class,high-consequence areas and results of the hydrostatic strength test.Hydrogen environmental compatibility evaluation is mainly verified through experimental methods.When the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity is less than 50%,the critical stress intensity factor KIH is not less than 55 MPa√m,the fatigue life expectancy is greater than the design life,and the Failure Assessment Diagram(FAD)remains in a safe state,the pipeline material can be considered suitable.The process of adaptability evaluation is established,and the main contents and results of the evaluation are obtained in detail using engineering cases.This study provides reference for the adaptability evaluation of pipeline materials in in-service natural gas pipelines for hydrogen transportation.关键词
