Application of steady-state simulation software for pure hydrogen and hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline network based on B/S architecture

Abstract
The steady-state simulation software(steady-state simulation)for pure hydrogen and hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline networks is developed based on a B/S architecture and is applicable to natural gas pipelines,hydrogen-blended natural gas pipelines,and pure hydrogen pipelines.The mathematical model and solution method of the software are introduced in detail,and the simulation accuracy of the software is verified through case studies,including thermophysical property calculations,natural gas pipeline simulations,hydrogen-blended natural gas loop experiments,and pure hydrogen operational pipeline cases.The results show that,for the natural gas pipeline simulation case,the average relative error of pipeline-wide pressure compared to SPS software is 1.08%,and the average relative error of temperature is 0.89%,indicating that this software is capable of steady-state simulation of large-scale branched natural gas pipeline networks.For the hydrogen-blended natural gas loop experiment case,the average relative error of pressure drop of this software is 40.98%lower than that of SPS software.For the actual operational case of a pure hydrogen pipeline,the errors of pressure drop and temperature drop are reduced by 53.85%and 36.58%,respectively.The results has guiding significance for the process design and operational safety of pure hydrogen and hydrogen-blended natural gas pipelines.关键词
