Abstract
The substitution of imported high-performance copper alloys by domestic materials is becoming increasingly significant and is strongly aligned with the industrial development trend,particularly in the domain of high-speed connectors.This article thoroughly investigated the application of domestic Cu-Ti alloy in a self-developed CRE high-speed connector.The evaluation not only focused on the material properties,including mechanical strength,electrical conductivity,bending characteristics,and heat stress relaxation,but also emphasized the performance and reliability of the processed product,such as normal force,insertion and extraction forces,GAP value,low-level contact resistance,and Signal Integrity(SI)assessments.The results were compared with those of the imported NKT322-SH copper material,which is currently utilized in CRE connector terminals.Domestic Cu-Ti alloy showed great potential as a promising substitute for the imported NKT322-SH copper material.However,before commercial application,further large-scale produc-tion trials are essential to ensure the stability and uniform quality of domestic Cu-Ti alloy.关键词
