摘要

Abstract

Tungsten is a critical strategic metal,playing a key role in military,electronics,mining,aerospace,and mechanical manufac-turing industries.However,with the depletion of high-quality tungsten ore resources,the utilization of low-grade and fine-grained com-plex scheelite has become increasingly important.In recent years,hydroxamic acid collectors have been widely applied in the flotation of complex scheelite ores,but their high dosage and cost have increased flotation expenses.In this study,a novel hydroxamic acid col-lector,MLX1,was synthesized from low-cost palm kernel oil by hydroxyl amine method,and its flotation performance was compared with that of sodium oleate.The results showed that under conditions of pH 9 and a mass concentration of 20 mg/L,MLX1 achieved a scheelite recovery of 92.6%,significantly higher than that of sodium oleate(71.2%).The flotation mechanisms of MLX1 and sodium ole-ate were further investigated through Zeta potential,infrared spectroscopy,and surface adsorption capacity.The results revealed that MLX1 modified the surface of scheelite by chemical adsorption,with MLX1 showing higher adsorption capacity on the scheelite surface than sodium oleate,which was consistent with the flotation results.
