Abstract
Objective To construct an intelligent case management program for breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy.Methods Based on a comprehensive literature review,an initial intelligent case management program for breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy was constructed.Sixteen experts in the field were invited to conduct two rounds of Delphi consultations.The initial draft was revised based on expert feedback,and further refined through pre-trial patient feedback,resulting in the final intelligent case management program.Results Development of the intelligent case management program for breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy involved two rounds of Delphi consultations,with expert response rates of 94.12%and 100.00%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients(Cr)were 0.919 and 0.928,and Kendall's W coefficients were 0.278 and 0.315,both showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating consensus among experts.The final version of the intelligent case management program for breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy was established,comprising 3 first-level items,12 second-level items,and 27 third-level items.Conclusion The intelligent case management program for breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy is necessary,scientific,and practical.It provides valuable reference for clinical healthcare professionals in managing the disease for breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy.关键词
