摘要
Abstract
The precancerous lesions of breast cancer mainly include atypical ductal hyperplasia,ductal carcinoma in situ,ductal carcinoma and papilloma,and the probability of these lesions leading to breast cancer is about 50%.At present,breast cancer has become one of the malignant tumors that causes the most deaths among women.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of breast cancer precancerous lesions and breast cancer is of great significance for women's health.This article starts from the PI3K/Akt pathway,an important signaling pathway that regulates the proliferation and metabolism,apoptosis,metastasis,drug resistance and other processes of breast cancer and precancerous lesions related cells,to explore the relationship between the related mechanism of PI3K/Akt pathway and the occurrence and development of breast cancer,intended to provide certain reference and basis for the prevention and treatment of breast malignant tumors and the improvement of women's breast health.关键词
