化瘀散结灌肠液联合热敷盐治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎的临床效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huayu Sanjie Enema Solution combined with hot compress salt in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with type of accumulation and stasis of damp-heat.Methods A total of 140 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease with type of accumulation and stasis of damp-heat in the Department of Outpatient,Feicheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.The research objects were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Huayu Sanjie Enema Solution,and the study group was treated with hot compress salt on the basis of the control group.The pelvic effusion,total scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pelvic effusion in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the total score of symptoms and signs was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Huayu Sanjie Enema Solution combined with hot compress salt is definite in the treatment patient of pelvic inflammatory disease with type of accumulation and stasis of damp-heat.关键词
