摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of adaptation-system dual-mode psychological nursing combined with moderate protective midwifery nursing in primiparous women undergoing natural childbirth. Methods A total of 70 primiparous women who underwent natural childbirth in Central Hospital of Lijin from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received adaptation-system dual-mode psychological nursing combined with moderate protective midwifery nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The delivery outcomes, complications, pain, comfort, delivery confidence, and postpartum depression were compared between the two groups. Results The delivery outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as dysuria, urinary retention, fetal asphyxia, and perineal tear in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the observation group had a milder degree of pain and a higher level of comfort compared to the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention, the observation group had higher delivery confidence and lower postpartum depression severity compared to the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For primiparous women who give birth naturally, implementing adaptation-system dual-mode psychological nursing combined with moderate protective midwifery nursing on the basis of routine nursing can improve delivery outcomes, reduce incidence rate of complications, alleviate pain levels, improve comfort and delivery confidence, and alleviate postpartum depression symptoms.关键词
