摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of moderate perineal protection on maternal and infant outcomes in primiparous women undergoing natural delivery. Methods A total of 100 primiparous women undergoing natural delivery who were admitted to Baoying County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects. All the primiparous women were divided into the observation group(receiving moderate perineal protection delivery technique)and the control group(receiving traditional perineal protection delivery technique)by the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The perineal laceration, stage of labor, postpartum bleeding, and neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups. Results There were 35 cases of gradeⅠ perineal lacerations,5 cases of gradeⅡ perineal lacerations, and 10 cases of intact perineum in the observation group. In the control group, there were 15 cases of gradeⅠ perineal lacerations,28 cases of gradeⅡperineal lacerations,2 cases of grade Ⅲ perineal lacerations, and 5 cases of intact perineum. The observation group had better perineal laceration situation than the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor in the observation group was(688.54±72.61)minutes,the second stage was(58.12±10.29)minutes,and the third stage was(8.13±1.29)minutes.The first stage of labor in the control group was(688.53±72.59)minutes,the second stage was(58.49±10.05)minutes,and the third stage was(8.11±1.29)minutes.There was no statistically significant difference in terms of each stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The postpartum bleeding of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score of the observation group was(8.41±0.25)points,while the neonatal Apgar score of the control group was(8.39±0.41)points.There was no statistically significant difference in neonatal Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of moderate perineal protection delivery technique in primiparous women undergoing natural delivery can reduce the degree of perineal injury and postpartum bleeding, and has high application value.关键词
