湖南省湘西地区0~6岁儿童25羟维生素D、微量元素及骨碱性磷酸酶水平分析
Analysis of 25-hydroxyvitamin D,trace elements and bone alkaline phosphatase levels in children aged 0-6 years in Xiangxi Area,Hunan Province

Abstract
Objective To investigate the levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D],calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc,and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)in children aged 0-6 years in Xiangxi Area,Hunan Province.Methods By using the cluster random sampling method,596 children aged 0-6 years who underwent health check-ups in the Sangzhi County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected.The levels of serum 25(OH)D,calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc and BALP were detected.The differences of indicators in children of different ages were compared.Results The abnormal detection rates of serum 25(OH)D,calcium,iron and zinc were high.The proportion of low was 8.22%(49/596),18.96%(113/596),15.10%(90/596)and 19.63%(117/596),respectively.The proportion of excessive was 0.17%(1/596),8.22%(49/596),4.53%(27/596)and 4.87%(29/596),respectively.The proportion of excessively high BALP was 38.42%(229/596).There were differences in the abnormal detection rates of serum calcium,iron,zinc and BALP levels among the three groups(P<0.05).The preschool group had lower serum levels of 25(OH)D and calcium than the toddler and infant groups(P<0.05).The preschool group had higher serum levels of iron and zinc than the toddler and infant groups(P<0.05).The preschool and toddler groups had lower level of BALP than the infant group(P<0.05).The toddler group had a higher zinc level than the infant group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum 25(OH)D,BALP,iron,zinc and calcium in children aged 0-6 years in Xiangxi Area,Hunan Province are deficient or excessive to varying degrees.It is necessary to regularly detect and reasonably supplement the required trace elements and vitamin D according to different ages to ensure the healthy growth of children.关键词
