Abstract
With the increasing usage rate of electric vehicles,there is an urgent need to develop a coordinated charging and dis-charging method for electric vehicles based on Internet of Vehicles technology to alleviate the undervoltage and overvoltage situ-ations in the distribution network.In this regard,a centralized coordinated charging and discharging scheduling method for elec-tric vehicles is proposed,which is called network-aware electric vehicle charging and discharging(N-EVC(D)).The economic benefits of electric vehicle customers and the constraints of the distribution network are re-planned to maintain the quasi-steady-state feeder voltage within the legal voltage quality limit,while minimizing operating costs to the greatest extent.The simula-tion results show that,compared with non-coordinated charging,the proposed method can reduce voltage deviation and lower operating costs by 92%to 111%.关键词
