Analyses on the Effect of Homestead Withdrawal on Alleviating Multidimensional Relative Poverty of Farmers from the Perspective of Common Prosperity
摘要
Abstract
Based on the survey data of 626 households in the western counties of Shandong Province,the propensity score matching method(PSM)was used to explore the actual impact of farmers' homestead with-drawal behavior on alleviating the multi-dimensional poverty situation of families.Research shows that the withdrawal of homesteads can increase farmers' income,alleviate their multi-dimensional relative poverty situ-ation,but the poverty reduction effects on each dimension of farmers' poverty are different.The non-agricultur-al transfer of labor force plays a mediating role between the withdrawal of homesteads and multi-dimensional poverty reduction.It is necessary to improve the homestead withdrawal policy,promote farmers' rational and or-derly exit from rural homestead,reduce all kinds of interference and resistance factors,formulate standardized,unified,scientific and perfect homestead withdrawal compensation standards,and implement a diversified com-pensation mechanism.关键词
