The Impact of Dual Innovation Collaboration of Enterprises on Sustainable Development Performance in the Digital Context

Abstract
In the digital context,the business environment of enterprises is becoming more and more dy-namic,and dual innovation collaboration has become an important strategic choice for enterprises to obtain sus-tainable development.In this study,the mediating variable organizational resilience and the moderating variable digital capability were introduced to explore the impact of dual innovation synergy on sustainable development performance.Data were collected by questionnaire survey method,and the hypotheses were verified by hierar-chical regression method and Bootstrap method.The research results show that the synergy of dual innovation has a significant positive impact on sustainable development performance;Organizational resilience plays a me-diating role between dual innovation synergy and sustainable development performance;Digital capabilities not only positively moderate the relationship between dual innovation synergy and organizational resilience,but also positively moderate the mediating role of organizational resilience between dual innovation synergy and sustain-able development performance.The research conclusion provides beneficial management inspirations for cor-rectly exerting the positive role of dual innovation synergy and promoting enterprises to achieve sustainable de-velopment.关键词
