Abstract
In view of the subjectivity and fuzziness of expert weight and preference information in the site selection decision of emergency material storage facilities under emergency,a group decision method integrating interval expert trust network and intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS is proposed.Firstly,aiming at the information loss caused by using a single real number to score expert trust degree in the traditional expert trust network,an ob-jective and accurate weighting method is proposed by introducing interval value to represent expert trust de-gree,and combining with the improved PageRank algorithm.Furthermore,by combining this weighting method with intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS,a new intuitionistic fuzzy group decision-making method is constructed.Fi-nally,the feasibility of the proposed method is illustrated by an example of emergency material storage facility location selection,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing with the existing meth-ods.关键词
