摘要

Abstract

To give full play to the characteristics of rock-filled concrete(RFC),such as low cement consumption,low hydration heat,and fast and simple construction,this study further explores the optimization design of dam structure and materials based on existing de-signs,current specifications,and the inherent advantages of RFC materials.Innovative designs are proposed,including"dam structures with few or no joints,elimination or optimization of upstream anti-seepage layers,adoption of small-grain-size rock fill materials,and RFC cushion structures".These designs have been successfully applied in multiple RFC dam projects and have passed impoundment in-spection.The results show that:the quality inspection results of the dam body in each project meet the design requirements;all monito-ring values are within the range permitted by specifications and smaller than the design values;the dams are of good quality and operate normally.Methods such as the optimization design of RFC dam structure and materials have significantly promoted the development of RFC dam construction technology and can provide references for similar projects.
