Abstract
To address various challenges encountered in the advancement of new energy marketization,such as price fluctuations,lagging market mechanisms,and technological bottlenecks,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the core dilemmas in current new energy market-oriented transactions.These dilemmas include the increased revenue risks for new energy enterprises caused by price fluctuations and cost inversion,poor connection between the guaranteed purchase policy and market-oriented paths,and limited market participation capacity resulting from the volatility of new energy output,insufficient forecasting accuracy,and the lack of auxiliary service mechanisms.The study proposes measures such as establishing a flexible pricing mechanism and a multi-level transaction system,applying contract for differences(CFD)and the policy of"guaranteeing quantity but not price",and building a capacity market and an auxiliary service com-pensation mechanism.Combined with digital technology tools like AI power forecasting,blockchain traceability,and virtual power plants,this research provides a reference for coordinating the connection between medium-and long-term transactions and spot transactions in the new energy market.关键词
