Abstract

In order to solve the problem of inaccurate temperature control in the preparation process of two-dimensional materials with few layers of nanosheets,a design scheme of intelligent control strategy for the entire process of two-dimensional material preparation is proposed.The automatic adjustment of the heating power of the temperature control device during the preparation process of two-dimensional materials is achieved by means of PI feedback control.In the PI control stage,a feedforward path design is combined with convolutional neural network to reduce system control disturbance errors caused by external environmental and equipment factors.The hardware circuit of the temperature control device is designed by means of the TMS320F series controller.A temperature control device model was built in the PyTorch deep learning framework and the control strategy was validated.The analysis results show that under the intelligent control strategy based on convolutional neural network(CNN),the temperature control error caused by external disturbances is reduced to less than 0.5%,effectively improving the control accuracy of the temperature control device.
