融合热成像与实景成像技术的偏远山区电气设备远程监控系统设计
Design of electrical equipment remote monitoring system in remote mountainous areas integrating thermal imaging and visible imaging technology
摘要
Abstract
In remote mountainous areas without network coverage,electrical equipment often suffers from aging and high-temperature anomalies,which can lead to equipment damage,power grid failures,fires,and even casualties.On this basis,a real-time electrical equipment monitoring system in remote mountainous areas with limited signal coverage is designed.In this system,the low-power chips are used as the primary control unit,and the thermal imaging cameras and visible imaging cameras are used for the information acquisition.LoRa communication technology is used to realize long-distance and low-power data transmission.A block-based singular value decomposition(B-SVD)algorithm for low-power chips is introduced for the image compression.The data is aggregated to the server and displayed on a web-based monitoring interface.The testing results demonstrate that the designed system can effectively monitor the temperature conditions of various components of electrical equipments,and the faulty components are located accurately by means of the combined analysis of thermal imaging and visual imaging,so as to realize the real-time early warning and alarm notifications.The system can quickly pinpoint the geographical location of abnormal equipment by combing with map data.The designed monitoring system not only can overcome the challenges of monitoring in areas without signal coverage but also can significantly improve the convenience of equipment maintenance,reduce failure rates,and increase operational efficiency.关键词
