Abstract

In allusion to the problems of networked permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system,such as the existence of random delay and load perturbation affecting the system control performance,a H∞ control strategy for net-worked PMSM system under random delay and load perturbation is proposed.A model that can simultaneously analyze networked PMSM systems with random delay and load perturbation is established,and matrix exponential is introduced to make it equiva-lent to a random augmented model that is easy to study.The linear matrix inequality(LMI)conditions for the stability of the sys-tem is derived by means of Lyapunov theory,and the coupling matrix in the LMI is decoupled by means of the confluent Vander-monde matrix and mathematical expectation.The H∞ controller is designed based on the above conditions and H∞ performance index is given.The experimental results of the rapid prototype control show that the H∞ control can effectively reduce the over-shoot of the network PMSM startup and sudden load addition,track the reference speed faster,and have strong robustness com-pared with the PI control.
