技术传播视角下融合多特征的颠覆性技术识别研究
A Multi-feature Integration Approach for Identifying Disruptive Technologies From the Perspective of Technological Diffusion

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Disruptive technologies have the potential to replace existing technologies.Accu-rately identifying them would help enterprises and governments formulate forward-looking R&D strategies and optimize industrial structures.[Method/Process]This paper identified Disruptive technologies from patents.First,the technological diffusion features of each patent was extracted based on its position in the citation network at different points in time.Then,the semantic and image information of patents were integrated together and the outlier detection algorithms were utilized to extract their technological distribution features.Next,the technological knowledge and economic value of each patent were calculated.Finally,these features were fused to identify potentially disruptive patents.[Result/Conclusion]An empirical analysis of artificial intelligence-related patents is conducted and thematic clustering on the identified disruptive patents is performed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results suggest the method have the reference value for monitoring emerging technologies and supporting policy development.关键词
